The hotel staff demanded extra money and said they wouldn't let me stay otherwise. The manager also told me he makes more by renting rooms by the hour to 4 to 5 couples than from what we pay. I would never stay here again. OYO gets zero stars from me for keeping places like this on its panel.

SK Ali's reviews are completely biased because he's hotel staff. I asked him to change the bedsheet and clean the room, but he refused, even while the housekeeper was cleaning other guests' rooms. The toilet taps were broken, and the toilet itself was filthy.

Don't get caught by the low online price and promises of facilities. Once I arrived, they wanted extra for AC, saying the online rate was too low. There was no TV, the rooms were tiny, and the receptionist was very rude. Talk to the manager if you have an issue. Terrible experience.

I booked through agoda after checking this place for a week and seeing good dealings on both agoda and goibibo. It was already late when I arrived, my fault, and every room was taken except the one I'd booked. The place is peaceful, clean and really good. Room service is excellent, though you'll need to order food through swiggy or zomato since there's no kitchen. The rooms are small but fine for one person or a couple. I'll definitely return next time I'm in kolkata.
