The staff are very courteous, and the price is pocket-friendly. It's also suitable for a family stay. Restaurants, the market, bus and auto stands, and the metro are all within walking distance. The location is excellent. A little more proactive attention to whether the washroom accessories are working would improve things.

The manager, who also handled attendant duties, was enthusiastic and worked hard to meet guests' needs. The rooms, though, were quite small. A double room felt much like a single, with only minimal amenities.

The hotel boy was very bad. He kept saying no room was available, then asked for an extra 500 before one became available. The owner should take action against him. We were told a small room cost 1500 rupees, plus 500 rupees commission for the boys to get a room.

I've been having a lot of trouble with Oyo bookings lately, especially at hotel check-in. Managers keep bringing up new rules and saying Oyo hasn't paid them, or asking why I paid online. Then there's no way to cancel without losing the money. Very bad service from oyo.
