OYO Flagship 12528 Green View Guest House 2

The listing photos and description gave a very different impression from the room we got. We booked an AC room, but the unit didn't work, and staff just shrugged when we raised it. We were charged for a service we couldn't use. The room was filthy, the curtains felt stiff and years unwashed, and the stained bedsheets were torn and messy. At night it felt suffocating, so we tried opening the window, but it was extremely hard to move. The staff acted as if letting us stay was a favor. Disgusting, don't go.

We were there for only HALF AN HOUR, and found poisonous centipedes and cockroaches in the rooms. They made us clean the room ourselves before even discussing a refund, then returned just 50%, and were rude about it. Terrible service. I wouldn't choose this place.

The photographer deserves credit for making the rooms look so clean and nice in the pictures. In reality, the rooms aren't maintained and the bathrooms aren't very clean. The staff were polite, but not professional, and were drinking alcohol at reception. They served puri every day, and it wasn't worth the price. I don't recommend this hotel. With the beds causing back pain, sleeping on the floor might be better.

The room had a great view of biswabangla Sarani, and it's only about 2 minutes from chingrighata crossing. The bedsheets and pillow were clean, the toilets were spotless, and all the accessories worked properly. The place was clean, hygienic, and well maintained, with good staff who treated guests well. Breakfast is included in the hotel price, which is cheaper than other oyos, and food service is available too. They require valid ID, such as an adhar, voter card, driving licence, or passport. PAN card isn't accepted as valid ID.
