The staff were genuinely helpful, and the location is well connected, right by the road. The rooms could use better upkeep, though. For the price and location, it has a small advantage. Seems fine for solo travelers or a one-night stop.

Good location, with Quest Mall, Birla Madir, and Ravindra Sadan metro nearby. The rooms feel worth what you pay, and the staff are good too.

Service was quick, and the receptionists were friendly and very polite. Irfan deserves a special mention for being so well mannered. A really good experience.

After a 1,600 km journey, I was exhausted and had to sort out another room with all my bags. I'd booked through ixigo, but when I got there, the front desk said the booking had been cancelled, even though I hadn't received a cancellation message. They then wanted more than the price ixigo had shown. Somehow I managed to find a room, but it wasn't easy. Friends, contact the hotel before booking to check whether they'll actually accommodate you at the price shown online, or you could end up in trouble.

I only needed five hours of sleep after an overnight flight from China, and booking this place was a regret. I was put in a room on the 4th floor. It was dirty, including the bed, floor, and walls, and smelled awful. The shower didn't work, there was no bathing soap in the shower area, and the WC hand shower leaked. The management was very unprofessional. This doesn't deserve three stars, more like minus three.
