The staff were the best part of our family stay at Revaa Hotel. Both the front desk and housekeeping were polite, cooperative, and helpful, which made us feel welcome. A few practical things need work. The mattress wasn’t supportive, and the small washbasin was inconvenient for family use. The toiletries were poor quality too. Breakfast was average, with a limited spread and too few staff, which slowed service. The location and courteous team give the hotel good potential. Better toiletries, more ergonomic washbasins, upgraded mattresses, and more breakfast variety and staffing would make stays more comfortable.

The rooms were decent, and the place felt clean and safe. Staff were friendly, and housekeeping was good. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited, and a few amenities could be better, but for a fair price it was a pleasant stay at this mid-range hotel in Sector V.

Breakfast could use more variety and better choices. Apart from that, I had a comfortable, pleasant stay at Revaa Hotels. Khusi, the in-charge, was courteous, attentive, and supportive throughout. Krish and Prasenjit from housekeeping were helpful and quick, and did a lot to keep things clean and comfortable. Thanks to the team.

Getting around was easy from this hotel among the corporate buildings, and the nearest metro is a 12-15 minute walk. You can also find Tanga easily to get there. I was on the 9th floor. Khushi ma'am at the front desk was wonderful and checked on everything, while Krish and the other maintenance dada made sure guests were comfortable. Rahul Roy, the night receptionist, was hardworking and wonderful too. The rooms are nice and the washrooms are amazing.

The location near TCS and other Sector V offices made things easy for my work visit, and food, transport, and basic services were all accessible nearby. The lodge was calm and well managed, so it was easy to relax after a long day. It felt safe and peaceful, suitable for professionals or other travelers. My room was spotless, neatly arranged, and comfortable, with fresh bedding and pleasant interiors. Housekeeping clearly takes cleanliness seriously. The staff were welcoming, polite, and ready to help from the moment I arrived. Their warm, professional service made me feel at home, especially at this price. Breakfast was decent and hygienic, though there could be a little more choice. The rooms, service, and cleanliness were on a level with, or even better than, costlier hotels, so the value for money stood out. My stay at Reeva Lodge near TCS Sector V exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend it for work, a short visit, or a longer stay. Thanks to the team for making it comfortable.
