The hotel is close to the airport, but I found much better places on the same street. Our first room had a hard mattress and a window AC that couldn't cool it in the hot weather. Even tap water wasn't coming. When we mentioned the blocked tap, the staff member was careless and casual about it. They moved us to another room, which was still below average, though better. They also gave us warm blankets despite the heat. The staff attitude and service were very bad. This was an unpleasant, overpriced stay with bad rooms, and I would never come back.

The rooms felt old, and a few amenities weren't working properly. Room service was very slow: both a food order and hot water took an hour to reach the room.
