Sukriti Guest House by OYO Rooms

The room and washroom were clean, but the room service wasn't very good. I don't know why, but I didn't like the atmosphere at the hotel. Maybe the hotel owner and OYO aren't on good terms. They told me not to book through OYO next time and to make a booking directly by phone.

I booked dinner and breakfast with the hotel, but after I checked in they refused to give me the food. Then they gave me Rs. 50 roti and tadka, while telling OYO customer support that I was the one who had refused the food. I didn't get any refund, and they didn't provide breakfast either. The staff need to learn how to treat people. They act like they're letting guests stay for free. I won't trust OYO again. Never go to this place, and stop using OYO.

The larger rooms have more space to move around and can fit three people; the smaller ones are for two. There are eight rooms across two categories, and each has an attached washroom. The rooms were clean and the service was good. Birati station is within walking distance.

The staff were well behaved and the service was very good. Couples are welcome, and they accept local IDs, so it can work for unmarried couples. If you’re concerned about your partner’s safety, this place is worth visiting.
