The bathroom was tiny, with no exhaust fan, and mosquitoes could get in through the window. It also smelled awful. We were two people in one room but got just one towel. The room's cleanliness and condition are clear in the photos and videos. One of the worst serviced hotels I've experienced in Kolkata.

Booking through Oyo turned into a complete scam. They asked me to pay an extra charge.

This hotel is useless, with no response service, and they gave us a room completely different from the one we booked. It feels like they're harassing ordinary people and taking their money. I left a review about how bad the hotel was before, and I think they deleted it. Four months later they replied, but now I can't see that review on their site anymore.
