Breakfast was delicious, and the room had a stunning view that made me feel on top of the world 😍. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with great amenities. From check-in onward, the staff were warm and attentive, and the team went out of their way to make the stay memorable. I felt very well looked after. For four days I kept telling the staff that the room needed cleaning, but it was never cleaned once. The linens and towels were dirty, the room smelled bad, and housekeeping was inadequate. The paint and interiors were scraped and poorly maintained, and there was barely any handwash or a proper towel. When I asked for an extra foot mat, nobody responded. Breakfast was another frustrating part. I ordered bread and jam from the menu, but got bread and butter instead. They kept asking whether I wanted it, which wasted time when I needed to leave. The management and general upkeep were extremely poor, and the hotel didn't match how it was described in reviews. It might be manageable for a one or two day budget stay, but this is not a boutique hotel as advertised. The experience was disappointing, with basic hospitality standards missing. If you're only looking for a short, low-budget stay in the area, it may do, but don't expect much.
