Treebo Trend Crescent Residency

I've stayed here four times and liked everything apart from the blankets. They're very poor quality and dirty, and they come without covers. I asked at least three times for a replacement, but the same blanket issue has gone on for three years. Bring your own blanket if you stay here.

The rooms are average, and at this tariff I think you can find somewhere better. There's a lot of traffic noise in the room, with butcher shops behind the hotel, and the area doesn't feel safe at night. Not a great location.

I didn't stay overnight, thankfully, and managed to get by. At check-in the room wasn't ready, so I had to wait outside, and the staff didn't seem professional. The receptionist was rude. The room smelled, with beedi and cigarette smells around, and the neighborhood is a butcher area. The bedsheet and blankets had stains and were dirty. The rooms are so tiny that opening a cabin-size trolley leaves you unable to move around. The whole place felt horrible and unsafe. I would never recommend staying here.

The receptionist's behavior was the worst part. He didn't know how to speak to customers. The rooms smelled, and the whole experience was terrible. This hotel doesn't deserve even one star. I'd strongly ask people to stay away.
