Really bad experience. They don't accept online bookings, and I had to pay extra.

I arrived a little after 10 PM because my journey was delayed, but they refused to honor my confirmed booking. The hotel doesn't allow check-in after 10 PM, and there was no flexibility or help from the staff. They were rude and dismissive, and wouldn't even let me wait in the lobby. I was left outside with my luggage in the middle of the night, with no help finding another option. The whole thing was humiliating and stressful. I've stayed in many hotels, including budget ones, and never been treated this poorly. There had been no warning about the check-in cutoff when I booked. If they have this restriction, it should be made clear in advance, since travelers can't always control when they arrive. A hotel should show some understanding, especially when guests are coming from other cities or on business. I found no regard for guest comfort here, and the place felt strict and unfriendly rather than welcoming. I would never recommend it. The lack of flexibility and the rude treatment made this one of my worst hotel experiences. Avoid it if you expect basic hospitality. I wish I could give it zero stars.

I booked through Ixigo and had informed the hotel that my flight landed at 11pm, so they initially said late check-in was allowed. I reached the property from the airport around 1am, but the gate was shut. I rang the bell repeatedly, and eventually someone called down that no room was available. I was stranded outside with my luggage at midnight, with no support from either the hotel or Ixigo. A terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend booking here. Put your safety ahead of the money and avoid it.

The rooms are tiny. We were moved after asking because the first one was extremely dirty, with hair on the bed, a dirty pillowcase, and a broken bathroom flush. The replacement was just okay, but smelled of cigarettes and had large cigarette burn holes in the sheet. It worked for an emergency stay, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.
