The rooms were completely clean, and there’s in house food available. They offer 24 hour service, with good hospitality and good staff. The location and ambience are very good too. It’s the best couple friendly hotel, and I’d suggest visiting.

The manager’s behaviour was very rude, the water supply was insufficient, and the room and bathroom were filthy. It’s totally couple unfriendly. A very bad, cheap hotel. If you have even a little choice, don’t stay here.

The room was filthy, with dirty walls, a broken door lock, and a shower that didn’t work. The online photos looked nice but didn’t match the actual room. The bedsheets and towels were disgusting too, as if the room hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I booked through OYO and think it should be ashamed to list this property. At check in, staff demanded to see a marriage certificate. Since when does OYO require that? It felt like harassment, and there was no professionalism. Then, when I tried to pay online, they said there’d be 12% GST, but no tax if I paid cash. That seemed sketchy and like they were avoiding taxes. At checkout they made us wait while staff checked the room, as if we were thieves. It was humiliating and unprofessional. This was a complete fraud of an experience. Don’t waste your time or money here. OYO needs to take the property down as soon as possible.

A good hotel with good service and staff who behave well. Receptionist Isha is very polite and helpful. It’s budget friendly, and I’ll visit again.
