After a long day of travel, I really appreciated how quick and smooth check-in and checkout were. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and housekeeping kept everything fresh during my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, polite, attentive, and ready to help with even small requests. I had a genuinely wonderful experience at this OYO property.
The manager seemed drunk at night and behaved unprofessionally with guests. The location is far inside and inconvenient, and my room was extremely small and not clean at all. Basic hygiene was missing, and the place felt poorly maintained. I found nothing positive about my stay at this OYO hotel and wouldn’t recommend it.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was good. I had a bit of trouble with the location, but they helped me sort it out. A good experience overall.
The staff behaved badly and used abusive language. Rittik sing (manager) and dinesh ... (Swiper) also misbehaved with my female friend and touched her without consent.
The room itself was okay, but I gave four stars because the locks need fixing. The bathroom lock in my room was broken, and there was no way to lock the room from outside.
