The waiters were nice and the food tasted good, but the stay itself was only average. My room was small, dark, and had no windows. I asked to move, but they said no other room was available. I visited last year; the hotel has basic amenities.

The rooms were clean and came with a toiletry kit, but the hallway corners and area by the kitchen were extremely dirty. When I called room service for a water bottle, the person on the other end blew air into the receiver, so I hung up. The receptionist was the worst part: he spoke without respect and seemed to shoo us away every time, as though he were doing us a favor for services we had paid for. Decency was missing from the communication.

The staff were courteous, breakfast was good, and the bathroom was clean with hot water available. The mattress was clean and the air-conditioning worked well. My room was small and a bit dark, though there was enough lighting. The hotel is near Mother Teresa home, with Park Street and south park Street cemetery not too far away. Buses and Trams to other places are available nearby.

I strongly advise visitors not to go to this hotel or its restaurant. The security guard and managers were extremely rude, had no manners or respect for elders, and weren't even sorry or apologetic about how they behaved. The service and hospitality were very poor. If you don't want to be treated disrespectfully, don't visit this hotel at any cost.
