The suite had a lovely mix of modern design and antique-style furniture, which gave it real character while still feeling comfortable. I had booked a standard double at Nani Hotels and Resorts in Chinnakada, Kollam, and was upgraded at no extra charge. It felt like good value. The property was clean and well maintained, and the courteous, professional staff made check-in easy. Shopping areas were within walking distance, handy for getting around town. A stylish and comfortable stay for the price.

Vishnu was a fantastic, courteous host, and the rest of the staff were kind and polite too. I had a great stay with my family at Nani hotels. The rooms were clean and tidy, and I really liked the place. Hope to come back soon.

Breakfast was good, and the staff were courteous. The place itself was clean and nice. My room's washroom was the smallest I can remember seeing in a hotel, though. The restaurant shuts at 9 pm, and I arrived right at 9, so I had to head out for dinner. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, so that worked out fine.

The food was really poor, the menu was limited, and the staff behaved rudely. The rooms also looked spacious in the pictures they sent, but were small in person. Better to choose another hotel with good service.

I was in Kollam for work and, after a very bad stay the previous week at a Fab Hotel in Benaulim, Goa, booked through Agoda, I wasn't sure about Nani hotels. From outside the property looks old, but the rooms, furniture, and interiors are very well kept. Everything felt clean, from the rooms and linen to the bathrooms, and the stay was cozy and relaxing. It really was a case of not judging by the outside. I enjoyed the Kerala breakfast and meals, which were tasty. The staff were good, and I found the hotel safe and comfortable for families. Thanks to Nani hotels and team for making my stay memorable, and to cleartrip for listing it.
