Hotel Shree Regency - Ahmedabad

The rooms are large, and the bathroom was clean. Service was good too. I’d put it in the high-class room category for a medium budget.

The room was roomy and very clean, and the location is nice.

We booked and paid for two rooms two months before check-in, at a total tariff of 13440/-. We kept following up about payment, but the hotel never contacted us during that time. Then, just 10 days before arrival and a few minutes after we paid, Ankita called to say they would only give us one room unless we paid another 13440/- for the second. They had already taken payment against our booking ID, yet refused to provide both rooms. Ankita was rigid and kept saying they’d refund the money but wouldn’t give us the room. A refund wasn’t the issue for us. The city was sold out for those dates, and this left us in serious trouble. They should have told us earlier, instead of at the last minute. We’re still shocked that a hotel would put guests through this kind of deliberate inconvenience, regardless of whether it was sold out, and damage its own reputation in the process.

Best service at hotel shree regency 👍👍
