Prasanthi Hotel

We held a corporate meeting in a spacious, well-lit room, then had lunch from the buffet. The AV setup worked reliably, and the event staff were attentive without getting in the way. Lunch was the highlight for our team, everything tasted fresh and excellent. The service was top-notch from beginning to end, and the whole gathering felt more enjoyable than a typical work event. A relaxed place to meet and get things done. We'll be back.

We booked every room at Prasanthi Hotel in Kollam for my sister's engagement. The staff were patient, punctual, and incredibly helpful, making sure we had what we needed and keeping us comfortable. They coordinated room availability smoothly so guests could settle in as soon as rooms opened up. Manager Vishnu was especially friendly and professional, always ready to help. The cleaning staff were thorough and kept everything spotless. The food was excellent too, with a great breakfast buffet and lunch. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel.

The restaurant served fresh, good food, and the oil they used was fresh as well. The ambience was lovely, and the sky rooms had excellent interiors and useful amenities. I stayed for a very pleasant week. The location was great, and the reception and restaurant staff were always courteous and helpful. Mr.Manoj was a good host, and Mr. Vishnu was especially kind and ready to assist. I'll definitely visit again.

We've stayed here often, and recently booked close to 20 rooms for an event. The staff support was exceptional. The rooms were modern, attractive, cozy, and spotlessly clean. Mr. Vishnu (Manager) deserves special mention for his commitment to guests and management. He's a real gem.
