The service was poor, and the person serving us spoke very badly. The owner also had an attitude about everything. The food quality was very poor as well. A bottle marked at 20rs was charged at 34rs, even though they include text on the water bottle. I ask people from India not to go to this hotel. If the owner has time, I suggest he visit Gujarat once.

It's close to the railway station city centre. The room was a little dusty when we arrived, but they cleaned it right away after we asked. We also left our charger behind, and when we came back three days later to catch our train, they returned it. Very helpful staff and good service.

The location is convenient, and the surroundings are peaceful. Our room was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and cooperative, and the food was delicious. A great fit for a family or business stay, and Paradise really lives up to its name.

We stayed for 15 days, and the experience was just as good each day as it was at the start. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable, with good privacy, and room service was quick and quiet. Food was delicious, and all the staff were supportive, engaging, and open-hearted. We arrived early in the morning, and General Manager Subhash semwal was very supportive. His service was brilliant. We enjoyed our stay and wish them well in their future endeavours.
