The staff were friendly, and it’s easy to reach from the railway station and bus stand. The rooms are average, though the bedsheets were very neat and clean. Bathrooms are also average and need a deep clean. The hotel is in a crowded area with heavy traffic on weekdays, and the car parking is very limited.

The room was clean and good. The staff were very friendly, and the price was very low.

The person at reception was very kind and helpful, but the room quality was poor and not worth what we paid. OYO should pay attention to customer satisfaction instead of only collecting money. OYO is very bad. I tried more than 50 times to reach support through the customer care number listed in the email, portal, and link, but never got connected.

The people were very helpful and the service was great. The rooms are worth the money. Mosquitoes were a major problem, even though we never opened the windows. The bathroom was okay, in normal condition. The room felt humid and warm, though that may have been due more to the weather than ventilation.

The room was the worst I’ve ever stayed in, hardly a room at all. It was a waste of money. The picture on the OYO app showed something completely different. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
