Quiet, clean, and neat. I stayed for one night. There are good hotels nearby, including Alankar, within walking distance. Plenty of car parking is available on the road, and the car will be safe.

It's right across from the new bus stand, and they were flexible with us. We had more than five guests, mainly family, and they adjusted for the extra people. I saved around 2k compared with the room I'd checked online in Vellore. Ask them what flexibility they can offer.

This was a very bad experience and not up to the standard of Treebo hotels I've stayed at in Trivandrum or other hotels in Vellore. I booked two rooms through ixigo, but even though rooms were available, they charged an extra 600 per room for checking in three hours early. When we asked if they could put that charge against one room, the reception guy said we couldn't check in because we'd booked two rooms. He also wouldn't accept the online payment, so maybe the extra amount was commission. The rooms were very small, the bathrooms weren't maintained, and there was a lot of scaling on the taps and buckets. There were no toiletries or towels. Staff seemed to watch for extra visitors in a bad way. They said only two people could stay per room, and if someone else came just to visit, they would spy and ring the bell to check whether that person had left.

The room linen wasn't changed during my stay, and there were so many mosquitoes that sleeping was uncomfortable. I arrived around 9 pm because of heavy rain and checked out at about 11 am, even though MakeMy Trip had promised free late checkout two hours beyond the standard time and confirmed it on my hotel voucher. The front desk refused to honor it. Breakfast was disappointing despite a personal invitation. The idlis were cold and undercooked, and there was no coffee, fruit, bread and butter, or eggs available. The only edible food was rava khichdi, vadai, and chutney. A kind, gracious member of the kitchen staff later brought two onion-egg omelettes to my room and apologized repeatedly. It wasn't her fault; she was reacting to poor coordination with reception. If the hotel can't provide the breakfast choices it advertises, it's misleading to offer rooms with breakfast. I hope these problems, especially front desk coordination, get addressed for future guests. The receptionist needs to take responsibility when groceries weren't ordered before breakfast. He can't keep expecting the kitchen staff to deal with it and apologize on his behalf.
