We spent 9 days at Quilon Beach Hotel & Convention Centre, Kollam Kerela, and my family and I found the staff caring and courteous throughout. Everyone helped make us comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We'd love to return, and I highly recommend the hotel. The Sea View Premium Room we stayed in was clean and well maintained, thanks to the dedicated Housekeeping team. Mr. Vinod Kurup, the Reservation Manager, made booking easy and reassuring and took great care to help us have a comfortable stay. At the restaurant, Mr. Abhilash, the Restaurant Manager, and the Food & Beverage Service Team were polite, attentive, and helpful. Mr. Praveen, Asst front Office Manager, made sure room-related service was excellent, and the Reception team were cooperative and supportive. We were also pleased to meet the Managing Director, Executive Director, and General Manager and share our experience with them. Heartfelt thanks to everyone.

The homely food and the caring staff made this stay feel like being with family. Everyone we met, from the front office and restaurant team to room service and housekeeping, greeted us warmly and made the place feel welcoming. I enjoyed my few days at Quilon Beach Hotel. The facilities were great, service was excellent, and staff handled our questions and requests promptly and carefully. They also arrange tours to local temples and nearby tourist spots, which was really convenient. I'd highly recommend it for a comfortable, warm stay.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with lots of delicious, authentic choices: hot dishes, cereals, sandwiches, fruits, juices, and made-to-order items where available. There were high chairs for kids and even infant cradles in the buffet area. Krishna and Prajitha, along with the other service staff, were unfailingly polite and cheerful. Dinner was only average, though there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is just a few minutes from Chinnakada center and a minute's walk from Kollam beach. The front desk team, Anandakrishnan and Abhirami, and manager Praveen made check-in easy, and the security and concierge were helpful too. The room had a great sea view and most amenities, but no safe deposit box. Since Uber for short trips in Kollam can be hit or miss, it was useful that the front desk could arrange a taxi. There were a few fire alarms, and the corridors can be noisy. The TV only has Malayalam programs, and the WiFi was a bit unstable at times. Apart from that, the team's helpful, friendly service made this an excellent stay.

Our family had a nice stay. The room had a beautiful sea view from the windows, and the staff were very cordial with very good service. Food choices were limited but good. The AC froze the room and couldn't be switched off. The hotel is right by the beach.

We came for a birthday party and had a wonderful time, even though our visit was short. The food, service, and management were all outstanding, and the experience met all our expectations. Absolutely stunning, and I didn't regret coming at all. Keep up the great work!
