Hotel O.L.V Palace

There were honeybees in the bathroom, and there was nobody at reception or on staff at night to help. The AC remote didn’t work, so once it was on, we were stuck with freezing temperatures. The rooms smelled awful, the bathrooms were sticky and unhygienic, and water from the AC dripped straight onto the sofa. The TV seemed to be there for display only. There was water damage and dampness all over the walls, and the lift didn’t work at all. Carrying luggage up to the second and third floors felt like an unpaid gym membership. At the price they charge, I half expected the owner to provide staff or come carry the bags himself as part of this supposed “premium” experience. Here, hospitality apparently means self-service with attitude. The owner acts as if he runs a luxury hotel like the Taj, but shows customers no respect. His manner was arrogant and unprofessional. He clearly lacks basic etiquette and should learn how to treat customers. I strongly recommend that nobody visit or even consider staying in that area. It was extremely unpleasant and not worth experiencing. If you want to see what life after death looks like, visit this haunted place.
