My family had to wait nearly an hour before we could leave, and my two young nieces and elderly parents were put through a lot of stress. We had booked two super deluxe rooms at Deendayal hotel for 29/12/2025, with checkout planned for 4 a.m. Receptionists Pankaj and waiter Rajkumar hid the room key and harassed my family for more money, demanding 1000 before they could check out. Please take action against Pankaj and Rajkumar. #hotel deendayal#pili kothi##manish..

Pankaj, the night manager, was respectful and really helpful when I checked in at 4 a.m. The rest of the hotel team provided good service too, so I had a good stay. I appreciated the hospitality.

Please don't book this place for a family. The rooms were unhygienic, the furniture was damaged, and the staff behaved extremely badly. They didn't refund my money, there was no proper water service, and the people were big bluff. It didn't feel safe or suitable for families.
