Clarks Premier Kota

The location is good, the rooms are fine, and breakfast was okay with tasty items. But my room smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned or aired out for a long time. I booked a breakfast and dinner package, expecting a decent meal after tiring work all day. Instead, the buffet had only 3-4 options, with dry soya chilli as the only starter, plus simple green salad, mix veg, plain rice, dal, rotis, and kheer with very little milk. Why be so stingy with the vegetarian food? They should have said at booking that dinner would be so limited. I had to order extra and pay more. If I stay here again, I won't include dinner in the package. The stay was okay overall.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Hotel Clarks Premier, Kota, thanks to the hospitality and service. Staff were very helpful, cooperative, and courteous, the facilities were excellent, and the food was delicious and well prepared. Highly recommended!

I stayed for 7 days and had a fantastic experience throughout. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the restaurant had a huge range of breakfast and dinner options. I especially appreciated how the team checks in by phone to ask if guests are enjoying their stay, which I rarely see at hotels. The food, restaurant, and bar were all excellent. As someone who travels often, I really value good hospitality, and this place exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Manager Ashish for being so professional and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Booking my recent stay at Hotel Clarks Premier Kota was completely hassle-free. Sarita Jena handled the reservation efficiently and replied very promptly. Her customer service was excellent and polite from beginning to end, and I had a wonderful stay.
