2/10
The receptionist was unpleasant, and the room didn't feel hygienic. There were bad smells in the washroom, and the pillow, sheets, and blankets all had dirty marks.

The rooms have been refurbished, with nice floors and very clean toilets, and the location opposite the new bus stop is convenient. Prices are reasonable, but the service was awful. Staff were rude and had a bad attitude. They demand a large advance payment, then charge a fine if you check out even slightly late.

The price felt steep compared with other OYO or GOIBIBO hotels. There was no drinking water, and the TV had no volume. Hot water was available only in the morning. The AC drain pipe ran through the bathroom to the outside. Not a great stay.

The room itself was good, but it cost a lot. There are plenty of lodges near the bus stand, so check their prices against each other before deciding.

A handy spot for getting around, eating, or shopping. The rooms were hygienic and looked after well, and the service was very good too.
