They offered complimentary breakfast when I booked, but when we ordered it they said only one portion was free and any more would cost extra. Room service was too slow, nobody cleaned the room, and there were lots of small insects in the room and washroom. Worst experience, I’ve never seen that type of bluddy service before.
The hotel is good overall, but the strong, unpleasant smell throughout the corridor to the rooms really spoils the experience. It’s surprising the staff don’t seem to notice or deal with it. Fixing that would make the stay much better.
I haven’t stayed in the rooms, but the cafe is really good. The ambience and food are awesome, with Mexican and Italian options.
I had a great three-day stay. The staff were polite and very helpful, and room service came quickly. The rooms were clean and the service was very good, especially for the reasonable price.
The rooms were clean, but getting room service was frustrating. I had to call at least twice for anything. Food brought to the room cost extra, and at checkout they couldn't explain why the charge was higher than the amount on the rate card.
