Fabhotel Prime Uday Regency

We waited all night for a bottle of water after calling five times, and it only arrived in the morning. The staff’s attitude and service were poor throughout. The room smelled bad, and the bedsheet was dirty and smelly too. Not a good hotel, and I won’t come back.

The AC had leaked across the floor by morning, and the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bin was still full, even after I called reception about it. I’d booked a breakfast plan, but there was no in-house restaurant, despite what the booking site said. They also took too long to bring even a below-average breakfast, and that was after a lot of calls. Check-in was another mess. Reception staff were uncooperative, took two hours to process it, and pushed me to book directly, which was frustrating and exhausting. This was my worst stay. I wish I’d never booked here, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The location is beautiful, there’s plenty of parking for cars and bikes, security seems good, and the corridor looks luxurious. There’s also a sting place. The management and counter service are both good. The rooms are still a question mark for me, though. The building has two lifts, one gate, and four floors, right in front of a flyover. Good food, good life. My friend and his parent stayed there after the hostel staff dyine of coprate, and then they decided to go uday…

The linens had marks and didn’t look clean, the room felt a bit dim, and the AC wasn’t working properly. Still, room service was good, and the staff were polite and professional. It was a good stay overall.
