The room had a great view, and we had a wonderful stay. Staff were welcoming and very friendly, with excellent service. It’s also in a perfect spot for exploring the city.

The receptionist wanted full payment even though one AC wasn’t working, and neither was the other AC. When we went to speak to him at 01:50 at night, he said that’s just how the hotel works, there was nothing he could do, and the other rooms were like that too. They care about the money, not giving customers a good experience. The rooms are cramped. Worst experience ever.

If you book through OYO, be prepared for trouble. They don’t accept online OYO bookings and insist that you book a room offline. With an online booking, they won’t allot you a room and will make excuses, like saying the electricity isn’t working. This hotel is a scam. Worst experience ever!
