Sitevi Inn & Suites

The room prices are the most attractive part, with three types available starting at 1500 and 2000 rupees, plus one presidential suite. The food was the highlight for me, tasty and fresh, with a variety of flavors. The rooms were spacious, modern, elegant, and spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help. Check-in was seamless, and the high quality door lock gave me a strong sense of safety and privacy. Every detail felt luxurious and professionally handled.

The bathroom drain seemed clogged while we were there, and there was a foul smell. A service person tried cleaning it, but I don’t think it’ll clear fully without drain clog cleaner. Apart from that, we had a very good budget stay in Kota City for two nights, Nov 10-12, 2025, and it was excellent value for money. Check-in and checkout were seamless. The rooms were spacious, with extra sofa seating, a kettle, tea and coffee sachets, and a spacious washroom. They give a water bottle daily, and filtered water can be refilled from the resturant. Outside food isn’t allowed, so Swiggy or Zomato won’t work. The in-house multicusine resturant is decent. Breakfast, included with our booking via booking.com, had two Indian dishes, Poha or Idly, macroni pasta, dessert, corn flakes, and tea or coffee. The decor is nice, and the restuarant has a cosy cafe feel. They gave us a cute gift hamper at checkout, a nice touch. Rooms 4/5, food 3/5, service staff 5/5, ambience 4/5, proximity to city and tourist places 5/5, value for money 5/5.

The rooms are very good, neat, and clean, and the location is good. But I had a bad experience when I ordered food. A staff member came into the room without permission as soon as I opened the door, and ignored me when I said not to come in. He did this twice, so I didn’t order any more service after that. The staff really need to be taught to respect customer privacy and behave properly.

We even went back for dinner, and it was beautiful. Breakfast was good, the service was amazing, and the place was so modern, clean, and friendly. We hadn’t trusted the reviews at first, but it turned out to be the best experience ever, with hot water too. Thank you 🥰💃✨😘
