The Winterfell

The calm setting made The Winterfell a lovely escape from city life, and I’d gladly come back when visiting Coonoor. The staff were courteous and always willing to help. The rooms were cozy, clean, and had the amenities we needed, while the property itself was beautifully kept with stunning views of the Nilgiri hills. Highly recommended for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

The huge, beautifully kept lawn was my favorite part, and every room had amazing views. Winterfel has a quiet, relaxing feel, so it’s a great getaway if you want a holiday without much noise. I loved the cozy atmosphere, attractive look, and charming antique decor. The BBQ setup was proper too. I’d definitely recommend it for a memorable stay.

Our hosts were warm and courteous and made us feel at home. Winterfel sits among tea estates, with greenery and sweeping views all around. Waking to birdsong and the peaceful scenery was refreshing. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, and the luxurious bathrooms added to the indulgent feel. A lovely choice for a quiet, nature-filled break where you can relax and reconnect.
