Fenn Hall

The owner was really nice, and we had a good family stay. Our room was good and had both a fridge and an oven.

The garden and fish pond were so nice that we spent more time sitting outside than in the room. Since the property is away from the city bustle, it was quiet and relaxing, and the whole place had the feel of a heritage hotel. It’s 75 years old, with a vintage atmosphere I haven’t come across in other rooms. We’d booked a Non AC room online after seeing the good reviews, but the management upgraded us to an AC room at no extra cost. The stay was so relaxing and awesome, and it went beyond what we expected. Everything was arranged in the room, so we never needed to call for service. There was a TV, electric kettle, milk, sugar, coffee and tea sachets, water bottles, soaps, extra pillows, and blankets. Service was really nice too. The property is just behind the Municipal Children's Park, Kottayam.

Shaija Madam was very helpful, even bringing us hot water on the Gas Stove when there was no current. We were a family of four at Fenn Hall Homestay from the night of Nov 28th until the morning of Nov 30th, and had a comfortable stay. The owner was very cordial when we spoke with him.

We stayed at FennHall for three weeks, and the nights were peaceful and free of noise. The location worked well for our visit, with shops, markets, and restaurants nearby. We had a comfortable stay and good wifi. Thanks to Mathai, Shyja and Anitha. A small fridge in the room would be a good addition.
