The rooms are big, though the washroom is poorly maintained. Fine for an overnight stay. It’s a 10 min walk from the station, which works if you have Google Maps and a trolley bag or small bag, and no kids. There’s a tea shop and other things nearby. Auto and Ola rides are available on the main road.
10/10
The property manager was friendly and quick to respond. Sometimes there’s no hot water, but staff brought some in a bucket.
2/10
The room was okay, but the washroom wasn’t clean and there was no water facility or hot water. The bed and bedsheets were awful. They didn’t provide shampoo or a dental kit. The TV was basic, with no YouTube or anything. Breakfast was not good at all, just bluffing customers. Overall, don’t pick hotels like this at a high price.
8/10
The room was good, but the staff weren’t polite. They only know Hindi, not Telugu or English, so they couldn’t understand what I was trying to say. The AC remote didn’t work, and some of the lights weren’t working properly.
10/10
The staff and service boys were really cooperative. My family and I had a good experience, and I’m thankful for their help and service.
