The staff were attentive and professional, and service was prompt. Our room was spacious and the ambience was relaxing, which made for a satisfying, memorable stay.

With its traditional design, beautiful architecture, and quiet atmosphere, this is a lovely property. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff made sure we were comfortable. I’d recommend it to anyone who values culture and comfort.

The place is peaceful, and the room was clean with a nice balcony. We had a partial sea view from the tidal room, which was good enough. Reception and helper staff were friendly. Breakfast on our first day was good, though more variety would be welcome. Car and bike parking are available. Uber and Ola don’t usually come down the narrow lane, so it’s about a 100m walk uphill to the main road. It’s a bit pricey, and washroom photos on thirdparty apps may be misleading.

The room didn’t feel secure, with a weak, flimsy main door lock. There was also a lingering bad smell, and the fan speed regulators had been removed, so we couldn’t control the room temperature. Early one morning the bathrooms had no running water at all. At 5:00 AM we had to keep walking to reception to get this basic issue fixed. The delay disrupted our plans and we missed our scheduled temple darshan. This place needs better maintenance, security, and reliable service. I strongly advise families to look elsewhere.
