Fabhotels let me down badly. I booked one hotel, but they didn’t give me that one and suddenly put me in a third-class hotel instead. I’d booked a premium room, yet the room and hotel they provided were very poor, and they charged a lot. There were snakes and dangerous insects on the properties. I’ll never use Fabhotels again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

The stay was easy and pleasant. The rooms were tidy, the beds comfortable, and the basic amenities were there. Whenever we needed something, staff responded quickly and were friendly. A nice experience overall.

The room and bathroom were in very poor condition. There was no staff available to carry luggage, no sanitary items, and the towel and blanket were very dirty. The bed wasn’t proper either. An awful experience overall.

The room and bathroom were very dirty, and the bed was awful. There was only cold water for bathing, and the kit contained just soap. The staff were rude and there was no hospitality. A complete waste of money, I wouldn't recommend it.

I stayed at star inn plus resort kovalam and had a really amazing time. Everything was neat and clean, and all the staff were very helpful.
