Stay Well Ayurvedic Beach Resort

The Ayurvedic treatments were what stood out most to me. There’s a resident doctor, and the massages felt sincere and healing rather than touristy. I felt the same attentive care and quality that other guests describe in their longer programs and oils. Stay Well Ayurvedic Beach Resort is close to Lighthouse Beach, with an easy walk to the shore, sea breezes, and sea-view rooms if you choose one. It has a calm, homely feel that suited a wellness trip. The clean, comfortable rooms have useful features such as A/C options, WiFi, hot water, and private balconies. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and Vizhinjam Lighthouse and the lively Lighthouse Beach area are only about a two-minute walk away. I’d happily return to Stay Well for a relaxing Kovalam stay, whether for Ayurveda, yoga, or the beach.

Cleanliness was excellent throughout, from the lobby to the rooms. Housekeeping kept my room fresh and tidy every day. The staff were polite and helpful, and the amenities made for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It’s a great place to unwind, and I’d recommend it.

Being close to the beach was great, and I really enjoyed the lovely view from my balcony. The staff were friendly, supportive, and helpful throughout, even suggesting good places for lunch and dinner. I also tried the rejuvenation massage. It was a lovely experience, and the female staff were professional and helped me feel completely relaxed. I had a comfortable, refreshing stay and would recommend it.

Dr. Harishma’s touch made the therapy feel mesmerizing, and Dr. Harikrishnan’s counseling showed real care and professionalism. Together, they helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout. I tried the wellness and face massage treatments recently. Sirodhara and the vibrating face massage were deeply relaxing and revitalizing, and I’d say they’re must-tries for anyone who enjoys authentic Ayurvedic therapies at Stay Well Ayurvedic. Thank you, staywell and Dr Harishma.
