Room service was prompt, and the property was clean throughout. We were in a convenient area with restaurants and shops nearby, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with the basic amenities provided and a comfortable bed. The atmosphere was calm, and the friendly, polite staff were always ready to help. It was a great experience for the price. I'd recommend Hotel Hive Inn, Kozhikode, to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed stay.

It's close to SM street and its many clothing shops, though the railway track nearby can make it noisy. The room was clean and had all the amenities, and the staff member was good even though he couldn't speak much English. A great place for a night or two.

A budget hotel in central Kozhikode, about a 10 min walk from the railway station and near sweet meat street. The room and bathroom were clean, and they provided a bathroom kit. Breakfast was a small selection, including porotta, appam, and chapati. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and there were a couple of mosquitoes in the room.

The location is great and the rooms are decent, but the front desk service was really disappointing. The agent I dealt with was rude and dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome from the start. Cleanliness was only okay, nothing special. I wouldn't stay here again because of the staff's attitude.

A basic hotel in a convenient spot, with helpful staff and a very clean room and bathroom. You can walk to the railway station.
