The staff were well behaved throughout, from the guards at the front gate to housekeeping and the restaurant waiters. The hotel is conveniently close to business hubs and modern malls. My only complaint was a dirty AC vent in the room, which made the air feel a little toxic to breathe.

Everything seemed just right once I entered the premises. The rooms were very nice, and the staff were humble, polite, and supportive. Muskan, Nidhi, and Paresh were especially lovely. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

The location is ideal, near Vega Circle mall and opposite Zudio. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, with a TV, central AC, couch, table, electric kettle, and iron available on demand. Deluxe rooms are on the fifth floor. The powder room could use a fresher fragrance, and housekeeping should use cleaner mops. There’s a swimming pool on the second floor, but cleaning requests went unheard. It doesn’t seem to get cleaned, the water is dirty green and you can’t see past the second step. There are bird droppings everywhere, and the pool is a collecting bin for iguana. There’s no dress code.

Everything else about the hotel was very good, but the fancy decorator decorations were a problem. Avoid working with this person, who overcharges for basic things and is just a money eater. People like that should be removed from the hotel premises immediately. Thank you.
