We only stayed one day and didn’t get around to using many facilities, but everything seemed organized and professionally managed. Staff contact was limited, though check-in and checkout were smooth. The room was clean and neat, with the basic amenities kept in good condition, and the location was easy to reach with good connections nearby. A nice choice for a short, quiet stay in a convenient spot. I’d consider it again if I’m in the area.

For the price, the room was average. We thought the sheets hadn’t been changed, but they replaced them right away when we told them. There were cockroaches in our first room too, and the staff promptly moved us to another one. The staff acted quickly and were good, though the room and toilet upkeep needs a lot of work.

The owner was helpful and gave proper guidance when we had questions, and our stay was good. It’s centrally located, close to places and markets. The rooms are spacious for the price and have cupboards. There’s no kitchen, but you can order food from outside, and they offer basic breakfast for an extra charge. A good budget option if you’re looking to stay here.

Mr. Jaffer and the team made sure we were comfortable during a pleasant stay. Requests to the room were handled promptly, and the service was quick. The city-centre location also made getting around very convenient.

The buffet tasted decent, but the way it was managed was shocking. Staff seemed to guard the dishes and looked displeased whenever we took food, as though we were doing something wrong. They came across as rude and unprofessional. The room was uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and the washroom was not clean at all. The place felt more like a cheap lodge than a proper hotel. This was one of my worst hotel stays, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
