Breakfast and lunch both had a good spread, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The property is enormous, and the beach is close enough to walk to, though buggies are there if you’d rather ride. One thing to plan for: taxis have to be booked through the nearby stand. That’s not really the hotel’s fault, but it’s useful for future guests to know.

Seema and Padma made our anniversary lunch feel special. They were so warm and sweet, and the food and drinks were great too. We had an amazing time, and even got to meet chef Nikhil, who was really friendly. Thanks again. Definitely worth a visit!

Being close to the beach was a real plus, and we had fun at the pool, which was well maintained and had a great atmosphere. The spa was lovely too. The whole property felt clean, stylish, and well looked after. Nikhil, the W Insider, deserves a special mention. He was warm, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay feel personal. Check-in was quick, the billing was clear, and everything from arrival to departure was well organized. The food was excellent, especially Chef Mohit’s flavorful, thoughtfully prepared dishes. Dining was one of the best parts of our stay. W Goa has a lively feel, luxury, and great service. We’d highly recommend it for a memorable visit.

Chef Avinash and his team served food that our guests appreciated for its quality, taste, and presentation. The Front Office team, Manglesh, Rohit, Pranav, Mihir, Nancy, Akash, and Ashok, were always smiling, professional, and supportive. We had a family celebration at W Goa, and the events were handled flawlessly. Abhiraj (Sales Head) and Naresh (Events Planning Manager) coordinated everything with care and attention to detail. As a vegan, I was happy with both the breakfast and lunch buffets. The chefs and the rest of the staff were kind and attentive, and the chefs even surprised us with delicious vegan dishes and desserts. The sea-view cottage was lovely and just right for a couple. The only downside, if it matters to you, is how close the cottages are to the rockpool bar. We also enjoyed the music at the bar, plus the beautiful view of Cagator beach and the sunset. The gym and spa were okay. A great choice for NYE!
