Welcare Business Hotel

Parking was cramped and hard to manage, especially with a larger vehicle. There also seemed to be a leaking sewage or drainage line near the property, with wastewater flowing openly. Our car even picked up the unpleasant sewage smell. We had booked two Mini Suite rooms at WELCARE BUSINESS HOTEL after the online photos made them look modern, clean, and well maintained, but what we found was quite different and disappointing. The rooms were old and poorly maintained, with visible mold and fungus in several places. The sofa and tables hadn't been cleaned properly, and there were noticeable stains on the sofa. The bathroom was worse: the toilet leaked heavily, spreading water around the washroom. Along with the mold, it gave the impression that the rooms hadn't been properly renovated or inspected in a long time. The key card didn't work properly and couldn't turn on the electricity, so we had to call staff to activate it manually. Barely five minutes later we needed to call again because the AC wasn't working. For Mini Suites, basic room functions shouldn't take repeated calls for help. The staff did respond when called, but the repeated problems and the overall condition made the stay a letdown. As a business owner, I understand that issues can happen, but cleanliness, maintenance, and working room basics are fundamental expectations. The hotel has potential, but needs renovation, better upkeep, and improved hygiene standards.
