We booked an executive deluxe room, but the bed was so worn out that it sagged badly, and my child and I barely slept all night. The bathroom was awful, with urine stains, no bucket or mug, and a shower that was very hard to turn on. Breakfast wasn't ready when it should have been, so despite paying for it, we didn't get any. I can't say what the food is like, though I doubt it would have been good. When we complained, the staff member said nothing. This place felt like a no-star lodge. I wouldn't recommend it to families or anyone else. They charge a lot and leave customers feeling cheated. Places like this shouldn't be allowed to operate.

The vegetarian food was a highlight, and being close to the highway made getting to and from work easy. The staff were warm and kind, and I felt at home during my stay at Alps Residency. It was a comfortable, pleasant experience, and I'd happily recommend it.

They let me into a room without checking that everything worked. The shower was broken, and there was no hot water. Calls to the staff went unanswered, and after I asked for the manager to call me, I still heard nothing. A plumber finally showed up an hour later, but I still had to take a cold shower. A really poor experience.

The stay felt relaxing, and I'd gladly come back. Check-in was easy, and the location worked well for getting around. Inside, the rooms were clean, roomy, and looked after, with a warm, welcoming feel to the place. 🥳🥳🥳🥳

We were given the twin cots we asked for, which we appreciated, and the bed was comfortable. My family and I stayed in a spacious, luxurious Super Deluxe room with a roomy, well-kept washroom. Breakfast was nice, especially the delicious sweets, and getting to the hotel was convenient. A pleasant, comfortable stay.
