The room they gave me was one of the best and biggest I’ve had, with lots of space. It was clean, and the restroom was very clean too. Good enough hotel.

It’s in a beautiful spot opposite the KRS Dam Backwater. The rooms are quite spacious, and both the quality and quantity of the food were very good. The staff were polite and helpful. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the service.

Neat and clean, and very close to Bridavan garden. The new management has done a good job renewing the hotel and upgrading its facilities. It’s a practical, good value place if affordability, basic amenities, and easy highway access matter most. Seems best suited to road trippers and short stays.

The service was far below any standard I’ve experienced. There was just one very rude staff member, NAGARAJ, taking orders, serving food, and handling the bill. My wife and I arrived at 8.15 pm, but my dinner came at 9.00 am and hers at 9.15 pm. The HOT N SOUR Soup was so horribly spicy I couldn’t manage more than one sip, and the VEG Manchurian was pathetic. We’d visited BRINDAVAN GARDENS and were very hungry, so decided to have dinner at the HOTEL WHITE PALACE restaurant. It was an extremely bad experience. I’ll never recommend this hotel for dining or staying. Please avoid it.
