We booked the family room for four and enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a really well-run restaurant called Chai, Chaat n Chapati, with simple food at reasonable prices. The ambience, cleanliness, and prompt staff were excellent. Thank you!

The restaurant staff deserve special praise for their service and the food. Mr. Prem in particular provided guest service that really raised the property's reputation. The whole team worked with great precision, and my stay at Hotel Kullu Valley felt polished and sophisticated. Hospitality and standards were excellent. Highly recommend it.

The staff were polite and cooperative, and the food quality was excellent. But the rooms are really cozy and small, there's no cupboard for luggage or belongings, and the bathroom door doesn't close properly. The hotel has more than five floors but no lift, so it isn't suitable if you're travelling with children or elderly people.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff provided great service. There are thoughtful amenities and good choices if you take the complimentary breakfast. The only drawback is that there's no lift. Highly recommended.
