There are plenty of shops within walking distance, and parking and a lift are available. Our room was clean, the staff were excellent, and both the hot shower and air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was a different story: they said it would be ready at 8, but our food took about 40 minutes. At least Domino's is next door. I'd stay here again.

We ended up leaving without staying. After keeping the staff updated for over a month about our visit and arrangements, we arrived late at night with family to find nobody at reception. Shop owners nearby told us there was a staff party. Eventually someone came out and said the kitchen was closed, so we should eat outside and come back. The managers and others who showed up about 30 minutes later were all drunk. Having a party is fine, but management should have told us in advance so we could change plans instead of facing that embarrassment with family in an unfamiliar place. A terrible experience.

We spent a few nights here and liked the room choices and the rooms themselves. The restaurant was good too, with a bar where you can relax away from the busy road. One of the nicer hotels in Kullu.

The property itself is good, and the staff are nice. Just don't book through OYO. It's the only nice property in Kullu.

The view from the hotel really stays with you. We had an awesome stay, the food was very tasty, and the service was good.
