Ancy from the restaurant was especially warm and attentive, and everyone we met was kind and quick to help. The resort itself is lovely, with great views and activities that made it easy to relax and enjoy Kerala’s scenery. My one suggestion is to add more authentic Kerala dishes to the menu. We had a great time and would recommend Lakesong Resort.

The food was a real highlight for me, fresh, tasty, and nicely prepared, with a good range to choose from. I also loved the quiet, nature-filled setting and how well kept the grounds were. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful, and the hospitality made my stay comfortable and memorable. A great spot if you want to unwind.

The breakfast spread was impressive, and we enjoyed the restaurant meals too. Our room was spacious, clean, and looked after well. The place has a nice blend of heritage character and modern comfort, with courteous staff throughout our stay. It’s centrally located and easy to reach. I’d happily return, whether for business or a holiday.

Amrutha at reception gave us a warm welcome and handled everything efficiently, while Ajay (Helper / Well Boy) was always polite and ready to help us with activities. Naveen and Joydeb also made meals pleasant with attentive, courteous service. There was plenty to do, from the Shikara and speed boat rides to canal canoeing, indoor games, and other activities, all organized smoothly. The food had a good range and tasted great, and the staff were pleasant throughout. We loved our stay at Lakesong Resort and would recommend it for a relaxing break with lots to enjoy.
