One of the worst hotels I've seen. Please don't waste your money here. Better try the nearby Achyut hotel, which has some of the best service and is neat and clean.

Dear The Pebble Hotel Management, I paid 2000 per day for my six-day stay, but the rate I agreed to at booking was 1800 per day for single occupancy. When I checked in, I was put in a different room and told I'd be moved to the originally agreed room the following day. Despite my follow-ups, that move never happened. Your team then said I could stay in the same room at the 1800 rate, and I relied on that confirmation. At checkout, though, I was charged the full 2000 per day, which was unexpected and disappointing. When we raised the issue, the front office staff argued with us and acted unprofessionally. It left us feeling disrespected and didn't reflect well on the hotel's reputation. I hope this feedback reaches the management, including the chairman, and that steps are taken so future guests don't face the same problem.
