Super Hotel O Tiruppur Near Railway station

We left after just an hour, even though I'd paid the full amount. The place felt unsafe for a family: it's a bar come hotel, the parking area was dirty, and we saw drunk people fighting as we entered. The receptionist was hardly ever around, so we left immediately because of safety concerns. OYO support said they couldn't refund us under their policy and offered to change the room. That didn't address why we'd left the premises in the first place, and their reasons were bullshit. The hotel's the worst, and OYO support was useless. Don't book this hotel or use the OYO app to book any hotel.

The room wasn't clean, though the air conditioner was okay. The TV didn't work properly, there was no room service and no restaurant. For food, you'd have to go more than 1 kms outside. Swiggy and Zomato are available, but the food is very costly. The receptionist didn't speak Tamil. She knew only very poor English and Hindi. I'm very disappointed. I had a very bad experience, worse than any I've had in my life. Don't choose this lodge, and don't recommend it to anyone.

When I asked repeatedly, she eventually gave me the Wi-Fi, but it kept cutting out. The free breakfast they advertised wasn't provided either. Don't book this hotel.

Booking.com makes it look like a good hotel, but everything was bad. The room felt like a government hospital ward, though the bed was king size. There was no hot water, and there were cockroaches and insects in the restroom. Don't stay here even if they're offering it for free. The reception was very rude. The girl from the northeast asked for 1.5k for a direct booking with a late check-in after 10pm, didn't register me, and gave me her QR code to scan. Owners, if you're seeing this, get her out of there.
