Mr. Farooq Patel, the Property Manager, was especially helpful, polite, and supportive throughout our stay, and the service from the team was top class. Coffee Routes in Thekkady was a peaceful and memorable part of our Kerala trip, with lush plantations and natural scenery all around. The clean, comfortable rooms were well maintained, and the green setting was a great place to unwind. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and nicely prepared. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Thekkady.

Good location, not right in the city but still close enough. The staff were very helpful and the food was decent. I just wish the rooms were better, some are really small, while others are good.

The food was delicious, and all the staff showed us wonderful hospitality. We were especially pleased with the hygiene and cleanliness, and the welcome aarti was a lovely touch. Operation manager Mr. Farooque Patel was very cooperative. We were extremely happy with the hotel and service, and would recommend it for a peaceful stay surrounded by nature.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room got a bit cold at night, so an extra blanket would have been nice. When I moved the bed to get something, though, I saw that underneath it was quite dirty and needed a proper clean.

Coffee Routes Resort is in a peaceful, scenic part of Thekkady, with nature all around. The calm atmosphere and clean, spacious, well-kept rooms made for a comfortable stay. Staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help, and their hospitality made a real difference. The food was fresh and tasty, and everything seemed well organized. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend the resort to anyone visiting Thekkady.
