Crown Valley Resorts

I reserved this hotel for my parents through " Raisoone Travels and Holidays". I’m reporting a serious privacy and security concern about their stay. On 09/03/2026, my parents went to the cafeteria for breakfast after telling reception they needed to check out early to continue to their next destination. They still had their room keys with them. While they were away, a hotel staff member entered their room, searched through their luggage, packed their belongings, and moved the bags to the lobby. When my parents returned, staff said they had packed and moved the luggage because my parents were leaving soon. Later, my mother noticed another bag, a charger, and some other personal items were not in their usual places. When she asked, staff said everything had been packed inside one of the bags. Who authorized staff to enter the room and handle my parents’ belongings while they were away? If anything is found missing from the luggage, I will have to file an FIR and take appropriate legal action.

The peaceful setting is great for a calm family getaway, with garden lights in the evening, bird songs, and plenty of parking. The property is well maintained, with clean, spacious rooms and lovely valley and garden views. Staff were friendly, courteous, and cooperative, and the hospitality felt warm. There’s a clean swimming pool, a kids’ play area, a games room, and a rooftop multi-cuisine restaurant. We especially liked the South Indian food and breakfast. A great choice for families or couples visiting Periyar and Thekkady.

There’s plenty to keep both adults and kids busy here, from badminton, carrom, and table tennis to various children’s games. The resort is thoughtfully set up for a relaxing family holiday, with good facilities and a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay at Crown Valley Resort in Thekkady. The property was clean, well maintained, and pleasantly peaceful, making it easy to unwind. A lovely choice for a relaxing getaway.

We had a very good stay, with plenty to do both inside the hotel and outside. There are indoor games, a pool, and outdoor games. Everything we ordered was great. Try the fish molle, a Kerala-style fish curry, it tastes great.
