The staff were pleasant, caring, and quick to respond. When we offered a tip because we were so impressed with the upkeep, they declined and said it was their duty. The room was tidy and lovely, the restrooms were well maintained, and everything looked new and smelled nice. It was a wonderful experience, and I’ll stay loyal to OYO on future travels.

It’s easy to spot from the main road and very close to Kumily town, including the checkpost and bus stand, less than 1 km away. The accommodation is excellent for a very affordable price, with nice, well-furnished rooms and washrooms. The staff are well mannered too.

I stayed here for a night while visiting Thekkady. The hotel is right in the city and was well maintained and clean. My room was quite spacious, and the devices in it were all in good condition. Breakfast is available. The staff were okay.
